For over twenty years, this family has been producing colorful and flavorful pasta using traditional methods. From the famous puff pastries to large farfalloni to short, differently shaped extrudates, as well as the old tagliolini and tagliatelle, which are still tied into hangers by hand as in the old days. The colors arise naturally, without any artificial dyes.
